That is the date that Red Hat will release the latest version of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
"Red Hat is expected to release the next version of...its Linux operating system, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 4.0, to coincide with the LinuxWorld trade show in Boston on 14 February.
"This will be the first major release of RHEL since September 2003, and will be the first version of RHEL based on the Linux 2.6 kernel."
