I am using xampp for windows and I had an issue while trying to create a user for my database, I could create my database but when i tried to create the user i got an error message(see the snapshot below) what's weird it's i have already created another WordPress projects and they worked perfectly.
chatgpt gave me some sql commands to execute but unfortunately, it doesn't work
if someone has this issue please tell me how to fix it.
