WAMP installation on Windows 7 OS

Forum Members,
When I tried to install WAMP server on my Lenova Laptop (Window 7 32 bit Operating System) I get the following error message:
"The programe cannot start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." How can I resolve this issue?
 
I tried reinstalling. But there is no help, I get the same error message
 
MSVCR110.dll is from visual studio, so it has nothing to do with WAMP.

What are you opening that gives you the error?
