Default version with multiple php versions installed

Hello,
I have v7.4 and v8.0 installed simultaneously on my Debian 10.1 server. I also have a bash script which I have to run every time at boot time. How can I define v8.0 as default and thus only run the bash script when wanting to switch between versions?

Hello again,
Seems it had to do with the ownership of "/run/php/php$version-fpm.sock" .
