curl error on my webhost

Hi
When I use the curl function in php on my webhost to communicate with https sites. then I get sometimes the following error:

Code: Select all

Failed to connect to www.elevator-audio.co.uk port 443: Connection refused

When I use the same function on my local XAMPP installation, then it works fine.

As i works I think it must be a setting on my webhost.
Any idea ?

You need to contact your web host, they should be able to debug it for you.
