html mass replace tool

Hello everyone,

I have a huge number of html documents to edit and i'm wondering if there is a tool out there that can do the following:

Let's say you have 50 different html files. What I need is a tool that can search the code in all the files at the same time and replace code with what I desire. Just like a replace option, but on a massive scale, in many files at the same time.

Please help me out on this one,
