If you have 2 devices, for example 6 hours 24 hours a day, it will be 25% then I can do it monthly but I could not figure out how to start. I want to calculate the date from the database and the time it worked on that date.

I'm sure your question made perfect sense to you when you typed it?
then I can do it monthly but I could not figure out how to start.
And how long is a month?

Do what monthly, 25% of what (yes I know 6 hours is 25% of 24 hours), is this run time you want.
I want to calculate the date from the database and the time it worked on that date.
Can't you just find the last time it worked from the data in the database?
