Online payment for room booking and cacellation.

Hello,
I am designing a website which is having online room booking and cancellation features. I wanted some suggestions on how to make online payment using credit/debit cards, even when a customer cancels the booking, how to refund the money back to their accounts, by deducting certain amount. Please Give me your advices, suggestion and directions.
