Open a directory by click a link (like a double click)

Postby pascalpavan25 » Mon Mar 11, 2013 1:12 am

Hi everybody!
I'm from Switzerland and I hope that you can help me!

So here's my problem:
Is possibile to open a directory by clicking a link from the browser? (Google Chrome).
I create link using this:
while($fetch = mysql_fetch_object($db1->result)){.
<a href="../../Ritdocs/".$folder."/" TARGET="_blank">Link n° '.$fetch->Dossier.'</a>.
}
and on the screen I view this:
Link n° 13021991
Link n° 17583748

So, i would like that when I click on the link 13021991 the browser open the directory n° 13021991 (The link is <a href="../../Ritdocs/13021991/" TARGET="_blank">Link n° 13021991</a>.

Please help me,
Thanks Pascal

It should work, assuming apache has rights to see the directory you're trying to list.

I'm not very well versed in IIS, but I think the easiest way to do it would be to just move those directories into the webroot folder, or whatever folder your IIS is serving pages from.
