php.ini configuration

Postby gsullivan2011 » Sat Aug 06, 2011 7:16 pm

How do I configure php.ini to allow large uploads(around 20M). With the default setting I can only upload up to 2M. I do not know what to set and where???? How many settings need to be adjusted and what are they????

hi,
you have to edit the following settings in the php.ini.

upload_max_filesize
max_execution_time
post_max_size
max_input_time
memory_limit

; any text on a line after an unquoted semicolon (;) is ignored
[php] ; section markers (text within square brackets) are also ignored
; Boolean values can be set to either:
; true, on, yes
; or false, off, no, none
register_globals = off
track_errors = yes

; you can enclose strings in double-quotes
include_path = ".:/usr/local/lib/php"

; backslashes are treated the same as any other character
include_path = ".;c:\php\lib"

Try out this...
