new to php email please help

I don't know what these are. I have tried to send an email to lamar.edu and yahoo.com. How do I find these values?

This means that you DO NOT HAVE MAIL SERVER installed on your PC (localhost). You must setup your ISP SMTP in PHP.INI ,..
