Does PHP,Joomla has a Future???

Hey... I am fresher Starting my new Job in php. I just wanted to know whether it is feasible to start career in php. My core technology. but becoz of some reasons i didnot get job in Java. So will u please help to know regarding this topic.
Please reply as early as possible.

PHP has a better future than Java, any day of the week, month, and year.
Java is dying, slowly.

PHP & .net will be the two primary languages moving forward, or a variation of the two, or the two will become one (god lets hope not).

- and IMHO, .net will be killed off (or be changed beyond recognition) like so many other M$ products e.g. Blackbird, ASP classic, VB
