Hi,
this is due to fedora 6 problem
I tried to install it and find out the solution from net.
as per our knowledge fedora 6 does not give full installation for my sql 5.

Red Hat came up with `yum` package manager. You should install it or upgrade the system.
Once you install `Yum`. You just need to give yun install <<package name>>. It will automatically resolve the dependencies.
