Internal PHP Search Engine

Postby AeroX » Tue Jun 03, 2008 2:13 pm

So many people ask how to make or where to find a lightweight PHP search engine for internal site use. That I have decided to start a project to make a secure, efficient & lightweight internal search engine, that can be loaded into pages by using one simple to use PHP class.

If anyone wishes to help with this project then please volunteer. Will accept anyone with a moderate amount of PHP coding knowledge, this could even be a good way to increase your PHP knowledge. Even if you don't know the first thing about classes, anyone can learn.

Thank you for reading,
AeroX.

P.S. If you wish to help then just reply here.

Update: I will post project spec when I’ve written it up.
