can any one help with php config ?

can any one help me plz
i got a windows 2003 server
heres my php info

iam making a script to download some files
if i download a big file ..
the download stopped
is that becose the max time exuction ?
i tryed to disabel it
by editing the php.ini file in windows dir
but nothing happed .. if any one see it in the php info file .. its 30 Sec..
i change it to 7200 and its the same the download stops
can any one help me please

Most probably its because your win 2003 server configuration for max download time or simmilar...
If yuou cahnged the php.ini file then you need to restart your server... usually we do not recommend using IIS for php as its very unsecure... with Apache there should be any problem at all

well you can do that with the script as well like this ..

here 500 is the number of second it will take max to execute. hope fully it will work. IF it help also try to post on this from as well http://phpglobe.com
