enable sql upload

humm this is weird as the default installation is supposed to allow uploads.
Try looking in your php.ini file for file_uploads directive (it should be turned on)

Well, you can always make a new installation of the phpmyadmin ;)
and as i recall: phpmyadmin disables uploads as soon as php.ini doesnt allow that.

Well perikitto, you can always run a LOAD DATA INFILE.
It's also a great way for you to know if it is/isn't a configuration issue from both PHP or MySQL.
