Well, as far as installing MySQL and PHP... If you are using a windows machine, I would recommend using foxserv 3.0, which you can get here. It has the latest versions of both, and is extremely simple to install. As far as information goes, the infamous is perfect. Good luck.

documentation at (i recoment offline manuals)?

and this forum...

also you need book for PHP and MySQL.
