Permissions

I have a dedicated server Linux/Apache.

My perl scripts can access folders to other virtual domains I have setup for sharing data in one central location. However trying to use PHP to access a folder on another virtual domain, I get permission denied.

Anybody know how/where to change permissions for PHP to allow access to folders on other virtual domains on my server?
