phpmyadmin auto login with link?

Postby esromneb » Thu May 20, 2004 11:22 pm

hi, I'm using phpmyadmin in auth=http mode, and I want to make a link where I can skip the login process. Is there any way I could maybe make a form with hidden usr/pass values and then submit it and login or something like that where I can have one click login for me? It would be on an already protected admin page so it makes no sense to double login. Thanks.

P.S: I'm not a registred user, could I turn on reply notification to catchall@genplan.com? thanks!

If you're using any browser other than an updated version of IE6, you can specify the username and the password in the URL:

http://user:pass@www.host.com/phpmyadmin/...
