your apache is not parsing the php scripts
do this
-go to conf folder of apache
-open the httpd.conf file and look for addtype tag
if found ok and if not found it's also ok
write these lines

AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .php3
ScriptAlias /php/ "c:/apache/php/"
Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php.exe"

in quotes is the path to your php

now restart the apache and test it by parsing php script

something strange will be ...
