Restricting access with Apache and .htaccess

I have protected a directory with htaccess from apache. The problem is that I access the information in that folder(some web pages) from a web page with 5 frames :oops: (yeah, i know what you're thinking :wink: ) and the browser asks 5 times for the password.Can I do something to remedie this??? :?:

You could use PHP coding within the frameset PHP. I can't be bothered to find it now, but I think it's chapter 18 of the manual, entitled HTTP Access via PHP or something like that! Read that chapter and amend it to suit your needs!
