Where can i find webserver software in PHP Language?

hi there, thanks for comming, please can you tell me if you know where i can locate some free webserver software in PHP Language as that would be the easiest for me as i have a server and bandwidth and i want to do shared hosting for everyone with a easy to use control panel for the users.

You can download apache http://www.apache.org and php http://www.php.net and mysql http://www.mysql.com

as far as setting up a control panel I've never done. do a google search for a free one.
