Running As .php with interface

i design an interface with some image and flash button and save as html, then i save it as .php

when i run as .html it look everything OK, when i run it as .php
this message show up

so what should it do? help me? i'm using win200, IIS, and Mysql, thanks

Is this server or is it a hosting company? If it's your hosting company, ask them.

Otherwise, the message says "For more information as to why this behaviour exists, see the manual page for CGI security." Well, did you read the manual page it mentions?

i already ready, look like CGI problem, is not a server or company, it is a home pc , i'm doing for my college project, can u solve for me please?

setup PHP not as CGI as module.
Read manual for do it
