Looking for php codes for subscribing through email

Is anyone know where I could get some php codes for subscribing magazin by submitting email, that I can receive all the users email address, thanks.

You know, i got really confused about what you really want the script to do... whether you want it to constantly check for eamils and add the sender's email to some list that you want to be able to send emails to, or what.
