about my PDF problem sending u a link

Hi all,

i am sending u all a link of a sample page.Just fill in the one or two values and press the SAVE button.U will be transferred to a website whereby a file will be there for downloading.....plz dowload it and see tht the values u have put have been saved!!!

i want to know how the values got in there??

the problem is finally solved......thank u very much......one can post the values to any form "PROVIDED THE FORM SETTINGS ARE CORRECT" ....which unfortunately i didnt do it before!!!!
