I am looking for a FREE CMS system that can be easily used for managing construction documents.
Upload documents (Specs, Owners Manuals, Submittals, and Drawings), Tag a document when it has been approved, have documents listed by project or contractor.
I am looking for a system I can use and edit so as not to reinvent the wheel.
