Slide-down Q & A

Hello! Does anyone know a simple PHP script to do a slide-down Q & A section like on this page? http://www.teleseminarsecrets.com/index.php#FAQs. Please scroll down to the Frequently Asked Questions section it if doesn't do it by itself!

That script is actually JavaScript. They don't even use AJAX for it. Basically all the data is loaded but the answers are all hidden. On click of "Show Answer" it shows that answer and hides all other answers.
