mysql uploading....

i' am new at php-mysql.
i have done i little database with mysql and php.
my database is named "MailList"
Now i have this questons:
any internet server suport mysql?
what are the files that i have to upload(my databse is named maillist)? and where do i have to upload it?
what ip will i put here? $conn = mysql_connect ("IP", "user", "pass"); ???

IP or domain name (very offen localhost)

when a create a table in mysql, some files will be created and then a i suposse i have to upload them? right? what files?

If you use windows (like me)
you can see that files in the
D:\Webserver\Mysql\data\yourdata base name\*.*

D:\Webserver\ - is the part whare are you install data base...

but you can do damp of the data base and uplod files at the server
