I have problems whit phpMyAdmin

I use GNU/Linux , i installed php xampp 1.8, i had marked all the configurations of the security of the system using: /opt/lampp/lampp security, to acces to my phpMyAdmin it use for defect the Username : username but they don`t use Password, when i use the Query of phpMyAdmin to create a database, it show this error:
#1044 - Access denied for user ''@'localhost' to database 'db1'

Looks like you are using a wrong password.
