Fething specific info from website

Guys i am new to the PHP script. I need a script that fetches a specific info from a website and stores in our Database. eg We need all the results of students of a particular university, So as soon as the results are announced the script should automatically fetch all the Results of Roll no. and store it in our DB so stat if any person wants his/her result it will fetch the results from our DB rather than requesting the results from Original University DB. Can anyone help me out with this script.
