What is an FTP program that allows to Bandwidth Throttle? I have to find an FTP program that allows bandwidth throttling. Currently hosting FTP using Microsoft's IIS 6.0, which only allows throttling of www sites, not ftp sites. Need a program (preferably free but not necessary), that allows FTP hosting but lets you set a maximum bandwidth usage.
