I found this contest on WestHost.com today for PHP coding. You submit your best PHP code and it's judged on utility, creativity, efficiency, and readability. There will be 10 winners and the prizes include books from PHP Architect, software from Zend, and a System 76 Lemur Ultra Thin laptop.
