i want to do PHP programming in Vista, so what should i do? using IIS? any other server to use? WAMP?

If your a beginer then I recomend XMAPP as it's one install which installs and configures Apache, PHP, Mysql, phpmyadmin, Peal & a basic mailserver for use as a development enviroment.
