Forum for you who has PHP installation issues

I have set up PHP, Apache and MySQL, but when I try and connect to the MySQL database using Apache, I'm told that MYSQL_CONNECT function is undefined.
Can anyone help?

Hello,
If you are using Linux you need to install mysql client for this, as I know.
