Need help with OS commerce ASAP Please

I am quite new to this but for some reason when you try to create a new account or login it just refreshes the page. I am not sure what to do but can someone please help me ? I am willing to grant FTP rights if someone knows how to fix this. Please get back to me asap!

please check below thing for your server

register_globals on or off. I think this is on so your site is working.

other thing is you should check your email account for confirmation link.

one more thing is your server may not store form detail in right manner.

or may be server session problem.
