Forum for you who has PHP installation issues

I'm sure somewhere in this HUGE forum my question has been answered.
Being legally BLIND I really didn't see it anywhere.
I was told iis supports PHP. I unzipped the php into my webroot. When I try to view it, it can NOT display it.
I would greatly appreciate some specific help.
Please be nice to a NEWB. :lol: :lol:
