Password Email

I'm having a problem with my site not generating the inital email password. I've tested it several times and nothing. Can anyone give me some insite on how to fix this problem.

When someone goes to register with my site it states that an email will be sent with a password. That email is never recieved. I'm not sure what would cause that problem, since I'm new to PHP I don't even know where to look.

My site is hosted on a Linux server if that helps.

If i'm not mistaken (can't really see it), you're using php-nuke?!?!
You probably have to change a setting somewhere in the configuration of php-nuke.
I don't know how to do that, since I wrote my own site-software
There is probably a manual for php-nuke on www.phpnuke.org

And yes I'm using php-nuke......sorry i should have said that from the beginning.

The only manual I can find is in Italian.....can anyone else help with this issue?
