How to install PHP 5.4 with Tomcat 7

I've successfully installed Tomcat 7 and would like to install PHP 5.4 with it (on Windows 7). However I can't find any documentation on how to do this - every item I've found has related to earlier versions and there seem to have been some significant changes in both products since then.
Can anyone point me to somewhere where this is covered or provide details?
