How to configuration wamp or xammp in my laptop

I have installed sql server 2008 r2 and visual studio 2010 in my laptop and now I'm install wampp or xammp install my laptop, the problem is that when I start working with php then when starting local host the message shows as follows..............................

Not Found

HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.

Now i want work with both .Net and PHP technology how I'll configure these local server in my laptop....

sql server and visual studio works with IIS. Wamp/ Xamp contains apache and php. You need to shutdown IIS before starting xamp/wamp.
