Either PHP is not installed, or it is not recognizing and processing the file. is for sale, and not a real website at this time. I would recommend installing / reinstalling PHP.

If you are installing PHP for the first time, I would recommend either WampServer (Windows) or a Lamp Server Package (Linux):
