The install.txt for PHP says Apache for unix, IIS for windows. Am running Windows Vista Home, does it already have IIS? Or should I use Apache?

I have Windows 7, yet I still use Apache because I'm more familiar with it.

If you are asking this question you should probably use Apache. I recommend getting the WAMP installer since it will easily install an Apache server on a windows machine.
