Hi,
I am new in PHP so i need a sample Solution not a complex
I want to access a oracle DB not on my computer on other computer on my network
and I have XAMPP on my computer and i have unComment extension=php_oci8.dll
and restart the apache server but i have this error:
cannot load dynamic library php_oci8.dll
do i have to install some thing else or I have to download another php_oci8.dll ??
