Problem with php-fpm on centos 6.2

Hi all,

I complied php 5.3.10 on CentOS 6.2 and it OK.

But when i restart php-fpm, i have got some error and it show

Code: Select all: WARNING: [pool web] child 16356 said into stderr: "ERROR: [pool web] failed to setuid(501): Resource temporarily unavailable (11)" WARNING: [pool web] child 16356 said into stderr: "ERROR: [pool web] child failed to initialize", pipe is closed

CPU load 100% when this process php-fpm running...

First i see this error and i don't know how i have to do ?

can you help me, please..
