Forum for you who has PHP installation issues

I am trying to install a php script, the instruction says:
1. Upload Files on serwer
2. Upload database.sql
3. Configurate database:
/lib/defines and admin/lib/defines
I've done 1 and 2, but I have no idea how to do step 3, anyone here can help.
