I install wamp in my pc. I can enter in my localhost, but i can't enter http//localhost/phpmyadmin.

it is not the correct way to write http//localhost/phpmyadmin.

use http://localhost/phpmyadmin instead of http//localhost/phpmyadmin

and another way is in the below start bar, at right position, where the icons are displayed (for ex time clock), just left click on wamp server and then select phpmyadmin.
