hello everyone,
I am new to this forum as well as PHP. I know C, C++, CORE JAVA(J2SE) only. I know little knowledge of HTML and Visual Basic 6.0 as well. I'm asked to do a mini project. We(group of 3) going to do a web application for online airline booking and my seniors suggested me to use PHP. I don't have any idea where to write code, how to compile and run it and very first thing - Which things do i need to install?
I'm going to need a database as well for this project. which would be better? Microsoft or oracle?
Any other help would be appreciated.
