Unknown characters

Hi,

I'm a newbie to PHP Installation. I've just installed PHP in my computer, but It's showing Bangladesh’s as Bangladeshâ€™s. Which module should be disabled or enabled to stop this?

This looks like a wrong character encoding. Where does this happen - in your php editor or in the html page?
