Im sure no one knows what you talking about so why dont you explain and also why do you want to send information to your email this is an open source forum...
compose audio/wav files i javascrip: not really as there is no API or simmilat for that..
You may want to take a look at how those files are constructed and may be you will be the one to create such script :P
but seriously: no1 has ever done that as it seems like a stupid thing..especially in JS
