internet security

Postby reehanax » Mon Jul 01, 2013 4:18 am

What is a good way for me to get past through internet security and how to prevent that? I set up my computer with OpenDNS so i can block some sites, but what i want to know is if i go to a site and find a way to download an OS like, Ubuntu to run alongside Windows, will the internet security settings that i had set up on Windows, with OpenDNS, will it still be active while using Ubuntu?

To the best of my knowledge - Your openDNS and windows is on one partition and your new OS will be on another partition. I don't think you can access from Linux, something on another partition.
