I hope this is the right forum to post. If not, I'd appreciate a reference to the correct one.
I have a site i'm working on, where the navigation bar lets you search for data, for example by name, or by various parameters. Then there's a result page (generated via a php/mysql query), and then you click on one of the results and see it. Now, after seeing the results, most people will click their browser "back" button. However, at least in Chrome, when clicking the back button it asks you to re-confirm the form submission. Obviously that's a hassle and most people won't understand what's going on.
Is there a way to tell the "results" page to not require the information to be submitted again?
It's via POST, and I would not like to change it to GET, unless there is no other option.
